An increasing number of motorcycle axles have an inverted hex on one side, which must be held in place to loosen the axle nut. Since hex wrenches of this size are not easily available, CruzTOOLS developed the Axle Hex Adapter with 19mm and 22mm hex sizes separated by an “E” clip.
