This Product delivers a completely overhauled CDK 2 Carb(s) custom built to your machines specifications: including Low and High Speed Jetting as well as Spring Weight.
We only Use High Quality Aftermarket Diaphragms and Seals, and only OEM Springs.
Price is per carb- for double or triple sets you must purchase a quantity of two or three of this product (core refund will also double/triple).

If you do not know the specifications you need, you can provide us with a Year, Make and Model instead and we will set carb to factory specs of that year.
Otherwise please identify your carburetor model and throttle linkage type as well as low speed, high speed jet size and spring weight.
We do not flow test so adjustment screws will be set to factory service manual setting.
You will be provided with pop off pressure reading for assistance in tuning-
Carbs may need to be adjusted- in most situations you should be able to install carbs and go, however in some cases minor adjustment will be needed.
If your seeing an issue where watercraft cuts out when accelerating at a consistent RPM (usually around 3000) a common cause is the low speed fuel circuit is not providing enough fuel before High speed opens up (at about 3000 rpm- depending on pop off pressure and engine vacuum)- and all you need to do is loosen the low speed adjustment screw by less than one full turn- Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Our Core Program Provides a $50 Refund when a rebuild-able CDK 2 carb is delivered to us within 20 days of purchase- we do not cover this shipping cost.
No Core? No Problem, Core Return Is not required, as this product price is the No Core Price- However there is a chance there could be an additional delay due to inventory changes if same model core is not provided.
Most Carbs will be delivered within one week, however during peak season this time could increase to 1 month.
